If you would like to request an appointment for a future day and time, please call our office at 616.987.4445, or use the form below to email the front desk staff. Please include your name and phone number, as well as the time that you will be available. We will schedule you with Dr. Trombly as soon as possible.

Or just stop in and see us! Our regular business hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday are from 8:00 a.m. to Noon and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome, but our schedule does not always allow us to see you right away, so it is best to make an appointment.
